Do I need to send drawings to get a quote?
No. Start with material grade, thickness, quantity, destination country, and general use. Drawings, DXF, DWG, PDF, or STEP files can be shared later when needed for accurate quotation.
How fast will I get a response?
Standard quotations are generally prepared within 24 hours after complete drawings, item lists, technical requirements and the expected delivery date are received. Complex custom projects are generally quoted within 48 hours.
How long is the quotation valid?
Standard quotations are valid for 7 days. Validity for special products may be extended to 14 days when stated in the quotation.
Do you accept sample orders?
Yes. We can produce samples depending on the part and quantity. Sample orders include photos, videos, and inspection documentation before shipment.
Cutting capability and process.
What materials can you cut?
Laser cutting supports carbon steel, low alloy steel, high-strength steel, wear plate, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, and copper/brass. Flame cutting supports carbon steel, low alloy steel, high-strength steel, and wear plate only — not stainless, aluminum, galvanized, or copper/brass. We source to Chinese national standards and confirm equivalent grades when your project specifies EN, ASTM, or JIS references.
What is your cutting thickness range?
Laser cutting: 0.5–55mm. Flame cutting: 30–200mm. For parts between 30–55mm, we recommend a cutting method based on edge quality and tolerance requirements.
What cutting tolerance can you hold?
Laser cutting: ±0.1 ~ ±0.3 mm. Flame cutting: ±0.5 ~ ±1.0 mm. Final tolerance depends on part size, thickness, geometry, and engineering review.
What is the maximum plate size you can cut?
Laser cutting: up to 3500mm × 26000mm. Flame cutting: up to 5500mm × 30000mm. Final panel feasibility depends on material, geometry, and project review.
What file formats do you accept?
DXF, DWG, PDF, and STEP. If you do not have drawings yet, start with dimensions, sketch, material, thickness, and intended use.
How do you recommend a cutting method if I do not specify one?
Laser cutting for plate within 0.5–55mm where edge quality and tighter tolerance matter. Flame cutting for plate above 55mm or where thickness requires it. In the 30–55mm overlap zone, we recommend a cutting method based on your thickness, tolerance, and edge requirements.
How do you control thermal distortion?
Segmented cutting sequences, symmetric nesting layouts, and straightening processes when necessary. For long or narrow parts, we discuss distortion risk before production starts.
What is the minimum hole size you can cut?
Laser cutting: minimum hole diameter ≥0.4 × Material Thickness. Flame cutting: minimum hole diameter ≥0.7 × Material Thickness. Smaller holes may be achievable depending on material grade, thickness, geometry and project requirements.
Can long or narrow parts warp during cutting?
Yes, there is a deformation risk for long narrow parts. We control this through nesting strategy, support positioning, and straightening after cutting when required.
Do thick plate holes have burn marks?
Thick plate may have slight burn marks at hole edges from flame cutting. These can be ground smooth afterward. We flag this during quotation when it affects your application.
What surface quality standard do you use?
Surface quality is controlled according to material, thickness and project requirements. Expectations are confirmed at quotation stage based on your application requirements.
What secondary processing do you offer?
Beveling (0°–85°, up to 80mm thickness), drilling (up to ⌀14mm, depth up to 50mm), tapping (up to M16), grinding, and deburring. Bending is available through subcontracting. Each process is quoted separately based on requirements.
Is edge finishing included in the quotation?
Yes. Standard process includes deburring, grinding, and slag removal. This is included in the quotation unless otherwise specified.
How parts are checked before shipment.
How do you inspect parts before shipment?
We check material grade, quantity, critical dimensions, hole features, edge condition, surface quality, and packing readiness. Calibrated instruments including digital calipers (±0.01mm), micrometers, ultrasonic thickness gauges, and angle gauges are used. All instruments are calibrated by accredited measurement centers.
Do you provide inspection reports?
Routine dimensional and visual inspection is performed as part of production control. Formal inspection reports such as Material Test Certificate (MTC), First Article Inspection, Dimensional Inspection Report, Packing List, and Quality Traceability are provided when specified in the quotation, drawing, contract or purchase order. Do you send photos before shipment?
Yes. Pre-shipment photos of finished parts and packing are sent before dispatch.
What happens if parts do not meet confirmed requirements?
If supplied parts do not meet the mutually confirmed drawings, specifications, or agreed inspection criteria for reasons within our control, we will verify the issue and arrange corrective action, rework, or replacement as appropriate. Requirements must be confirmed and documented before production starts for this to apply.
From production to your location.
What is the lead time after order confirmation?
The 24–48 hour quotation-preparation window is separate from production lead time. Standard orders are generally completed in approximately 14 days, while custom projects typically require 15–40 working days before shipment, depending on material, process scope, quantity and inspection requirements. What packing method do you use?
Stretch film and Euro pallets for standard orders. Reinforced wooden crates for custom or heavy parts. Packing can be customized based on destination and transport requirements.

We ship internationally. Main markets include North America, Europe, and Japan. Tell us your destination and we will discuss the available logistics options.
