We supply Chinese national standard NM-series wear plate. Performance is equivalent to Hardox and AR grades. Material is not Hardox brand — this is confirmed at quotation stage.

Special considerations for hard material.
Flame Cutting Recommended
Wear plate above 20mm is typically flame cut. High hardness increases laser cutting difficulty and affects edge quality on thicker sections.
Burn Marks on Holes
Thick wear plate holes may have slight burn marks from cutting. These can be ground smooth afterward. Flagged during quotation when relevant.
Welding Preheat Required
Wear plate typically requires preheat before welding to avoid cracking. Confirm welding procedure with your fabrication team before cutting.
