After order confirmation, production follows a defined sequence. You know what the schedule is, what is being checked, and what happens before parts leave the factory.
From confirmed order to packed shipment.
Order Confirmation
Production starts after quotation acceptance, deposit payment, and requirements confirmation. All specifications locked before cutting begins.
Material Preparation
Steel plate arranged according to confirmed grade, thickness, and quantity. Material certificate collected for order documentation.
Cutting & Processing
CNC laser or flame cutting according to confirmed drawings and specifications. Secondary processing (drilling, beveling, grinding) completed in sequence.
Inspection
Dimensional check, surface review, quantity verification. Calibrated instruments used. Pre-shipment photos taken for buyer confirmation.
Packing
Parts stacked, protected with stretch film, and secured on Euro pallets. Wooden crates for heavy or custom parts. Labelled for destination and handling.
Shipment
Shipping documents prepared. Pre-shipment photos sent to buyer before dispatch; formal inspection reports and material certificates provided when specified in the quotation, drawing, contract or purchase order. Balance payment confirmed before release.
What to expect after order confirmation.
Standard Orders
Standard carbon steel plate cutting with common thickness and simple geometry. Approximately 14 working days from order confirmation.
Custom Parts
Complex geometry, multiple processes, special materials, or large quantity. 15–40 working days depending on scope. Confirmed at quotation stage.
Urgent Small Orders
Small quantity urgent orders may be completed within 1 day. Contact us to discuss — not guaranteed but possible depending on current schedule.
How parts are protected for international shipment.
Stretch Film + Euro Pallets
Standard packing for most orders. Stretch film protects surfaces. Euro pallets for stable stacking and forklift handling.
Reinforced Wooden Crates
Custom or heavy parts packed in reinforced wooden crates. Used for long parts, fragile profiles, or buyer-specified requirements.
On Request
Special packing requirements accommodated on request. Discuss at quotation stage for cost and schedule impact.
